"Open it!" says Juliet. "It might be from his new girlfriend."
"Shut up, you!" Dean replies.
Inside the box is a portable heater.
"Is that a note?" asks Juliet.
"Yeah," says Dean.
The note reads: "Told you I had what you wanted x."
